These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jawmax 45 mobile app ("Jawmax", "the app") for iOS and Android, published by Saddam Hossain ("we", "us"). Please read them before using the app.
By downloading, installing or using Jawmax you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Jawmax is a general fitness and cosmetic training app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Jaw Score, the six facial parameters, and the Day-45 potential projection are automated estimates generated on your device for motivation only. They are not a medical, dental or clinical assessment, and results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary from person to person and depend on factors outside the app's control, including genetics, age, body composition and consistency.
Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have jaw pain, TMJ or TMD disorders, recent dental or facial surgery, braces or other orthodontic appliances, or any medical condition affecting your jaw, teeth, neck or face.
Stop immediately and seek professional advice if you feel pain, clicking, locking or discomfort.
Perform every exercise gently and within a comfortable range of motion. Never force a movement or push through pain. You are responsible for exercising safely, for choosing a safe environment in which to train, and for any outcome of using the app.
Jawmax is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Jawmax has no accounts and no sign-up. All your data — quiz answers, Jaw Score, scans, progress, streaks, habits and photos — is stored only on your device. You are responsible for that device and for any backups of it. Uninstalling the app or using Settings → Delete all data permanently erases your Jawmax data, and we cannot recover it for you.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial licence to use Jawmax on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the App Store or Play Store.
You may not: copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or its content; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where that right cannot be excluded by law; remove any proprietary notices; use the app or its exercise content, artwork, or copy in a competing product; or use automated means to extract its content.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Jawmax, the Jawmax logo, the exercise programme, the Jaw Score methodology and all app content remain our property.
