Nuro is operated by Patterns Inc, based in India, at 400022 ("we", "us"). Contact us at [email protected]. These terms govern your use of Nuro's services. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the licence to the iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Nuro's services. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
You must be at least 13+ years old and able to enter into these terms, or have any permission from a parent or guardian required by law. Use Nuro only where doing so is lawful.
Nuro creates an account identifier when you begin. You may optionally link an email address for recovery. Keep access to that address secure, use accurate information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Recovery of an unlinked account may be unavailable after losing local credentials. Restoring a store subscription and recovering gameplay progress are separate processes.
Nuro offers short games, progress features and user-selected Screen Time controls. It is intended for personal habit building and entertainment. It does not diagnose or treat a condition, provide medical advice, or promise improvements in intelligence, memory, attention, health or productivity.
App shielding requires your permission, compatible hardware and operating-system support. You control your device's permissions. Device settings, operating-system behavior, service availability and interruptions can affect blocking or timed breaks. Do not rely on Nuro for emergencies, essential communications, safety-critical restrictions or management of another person's device. Some functions require internet access.
Nuro is free to download, but an active Nuro Pro trial or subscription is required to access the main app after onboarding. Account recovery, privacy controls and purchase restoration remain accessible without an active membership. There is no ongoing free tier.
Nuro Pro is an auto-renewable yearly subscription. The intended United States price is US$39.00 per year. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. Eligibility, local currency, applicable taxes, actual price and offer terms are shown by the App Store before you confirm. A previous introductory offer in the same subscription group may make you ineligible for another trial.
Your Apple Account is charged when you confirm a paid purchase, or when an eligible free trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the annual charge. For paid renewals, cancel before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
After cancellation, access follows the subscription status Apple reports. Do not assume that every trial retains access after cancellation. Deleting Nuro or deleting your Nuro account does not cancel a subscription. You can request eligible refunds from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Refund eligibility and non-excludable statutory rights continue to apply.
RevenueCat helps us validate purchases and maintain subscription access. It does not replace Apple as the store handling an App Store payment. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Price changes follow Apple's applicable notification and consent processes.
Coins, outfits, achievements and other virtual rewards are for use inside Nuro. Coins are earned through supported activity, cannot be purchased for money, and have no cash or redemption value. A subscription is payment for app access, not a purchase of coins or guaranteed rewards. Rewards and timed breaks depend on applicable rules and server confirmation.
Where competitive features are available, results can affect virtual balances and rankings. Do not cheat, manipulate time or results, exploit bugs, automate play to obtain rewards, access another account, or interfere with the service. We may correct erroneous or fraudulently obtained rewards and take proportionate action to protect fair play. This does not limit rights relating to a paid subscription.
